Particular attention is given to the selection of raw materials and priority to fish from the Adriatic.
Our kitchen Chef favors cooking low in fat and the search for ancient flavors, respecting the seasonality of the products.

BREAKFAST WITH HOME MADE PASTRY
Early in the morning our kitchen staff comes alive to make you find a breakfast with freshly baked products: pastries, cakes, pies, croissants …
Breakfast is a self-service buffet with sweet and savory specialties, eggs and bacon, cold cuts, cheeses, yoghurt, muesli, cereals, korn flakes and fresh fruit cut into pieces. Self-service cafeteria and juices.
Consuming it outdoors, in the garden facing the sea, in the early morning sun, will be a real pleasure.
The menu is changed every day, both for lunch and dinner, for always different choices with meat, fish and vegetarian always present. Some proposals:
