ENJOY THE ENVIABLE VIEW UPON THE BEACH RIGHT FROM YOUR TABLE.

Food is served at the table in an air conditioned and spacious room, fully accessible to buggies, too. Further there is a rich buffet with cooked and raw vegetables, at dinner also meat and fish based starters. Much care is dedicated to the selection of the healthy and natural ingredients and to fish from the Adriatic sea, the priority is given.
Our Chef of Cooking gives you the privilege of low fat cooking and the constant search for ancient flavors while respecting the seasonality of the produce.
We pay attention to particular dietary needs like those of celiacs, vegetarians and athletes. There is a specific menu for children.

BREAKFAST WITH HOUSE-MADE CONFECTIONERY

Our kitchen staff get up early to make you find oven-fresh products for breakfast: pastries, various kinds of cakes, croissants...
At the self-service buffet you will find delicious savoury food, too: hot sausages, eggs with bacon, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, muesli, cereals, corn flakes, fruit salad. Cafeteria self-service and If you want, an espresso coffee is served to you at the bar.
Having breakfast in the open air under the morning sun, in our garden in front of the sea, will be a very pleasant experience.

OUR MENU

The menu changes every day, for lunch and dinner, in order to offer you much variety. Some examples:

  • Spaghetti with molluscs and crustaceans
  • Macheroncini with scallops
  • Puff pastry with Adriatic fish
  • Risotto with squid
  • Pear barley with shrimps and beetroot
  • Typical romagnolian "Passatelli" (dumblings made of breadcrumbs, eggs and parmesan cheese) in broth
  • Mixed fried fish
  • Baked swordfish steak
  • Sea bass in salt crust
  • Baked veal shoulder
  • Rump steak sclices flavoured with wine
  • Parma ham and melon

And at the end you have the choice between seasonal fruits, icecream, cheese or "chef's fantasy"
