THE RATES INCLUDE:

Beverages in bottle (free limits) in dining room: spring mineral water, soft drinks (orange or lemon juice, cola) and local wine Sangiovese or Trebbiano.

Rooms: all with terrace facing sea and bathroom with shower box, WC, bidet, hairdryer. Telephone. Free use of air conditioning, mini-freezer (empty), wireless hot spot, safe box, television LCD 26``.

Swimming pool: free use of sun-beds, parasols, jacuzzi. Water jet and toboggan in small pool for the children.

* Bike available for use free of charge, also with baby-seat.

COMMUNICATING ROOMS 

Two rooms with connecting door for 4-5 persons, each with its own bathroom and balcony facing the sea. (Four persons are full price).

SINGLE ROOM 

10,oo € supplement per day. The single rooms are small, but with large terrace facing sea.  

Double room as single room: 50% supplement.

SERVICE WITH PAYMENT

Hammam, UV.A solarium, laundry, massage, baby-sitter, need dietectic.

DISCOUNTS

2% reduction for cash-payment at arrival. 

5% reduction for a holiday longer than 18 days.

CONDITIONS
The rates are per person, per day and for over three days, which begins with lunch and ends with breakfast. 
Stay till three days, € 15,oo extra charge for the rates of full board and half-board.
Extra meats in reastaurant “le Conchiglie” € 35,oo per person, beverages inclusive.
Reception: check-in/out from 8,oo AM to 12,oo PM 
Please leave the room free by 10,oo clock in the morning with reference to the last day indicated on the booking. 
In the case of a later arrival or earlier departure, the tariff for an overnight stay will be applied. 

No deduction for meals not consumed.
